Meluvi uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, private-gift access, guest ownership, in-progress drafts and the actions you request, including saving a gift, returning from checkout and confirming upload permissions. Drafts can contain names, answers and other information you enter. Clearing this storage can sign you out, erase an unfinished draft or prevent that browser reopening a guest gift; preserve access before clearing ownership information.

Language and currency choices are remembered when used. Their classification and retention remain subject to legal review; they are not described as automatically necessary. Meluvi does not persist remembered sign-in email addresses, gift reactions, rating/comment markers, join-invitation history or share diagnostics. Ratings already submitted remain on Meluvi and are retrieved through authorised access. Old browser entries created by older releases may remain until cleared; this candidate does not reuse them.

Payment-provider scripts load when secure checkout is initialized, not merely by opening unrelated pages. Payment providers may use cookies/storage for payment and fraud prevention; hosting providers may use security cookies. External font requests disclose connection information to the font provider; a font request is not proof of a cookie.

Browser controls manage cookies and browser storage. Clearing the browser does not delete Meluvi/provider records and cannot recall downloaded, forwarded or cached copies. See the Privacy Policy for personal-data handling and rights, or contact privacy@meluvi.ai.

Meluvi does not use advertising or analytics technologies unless you are shown a Marketing measurement choice and actively accept it. Marketing measurement is optional, rejected by default, and controlled through Cookie settings as described below.

Marketing measurement

Meluvi may use Meta technologies to measure successful paid purchases from our advertising and improve campaigns, but only when you are shown the Marketing measurement choice and actively accept it. If you decline, do nothing, or later withdraw your choice, Meluvi will not load Meta measurement technologies or send future measurement events.

Marketing measurement is separate from email marketing and does not affect your ability to use Meluvi. Only server-confirmed successful production customer purchases are eligible. Preview, sandbox, test and internal purchases are excluded.

For an eligible purchase, Meluvi sends Meta an independent random event reference, purchase time, value, currency, and necessary connection information, including IP address and browser information. We do not send photos, stories, lyrics, audio, video, names, email addresses, phone numbers, private gift links, gift identifiers or payment identifiers. We do not use advanced matching, refund events or song/video readiness events.

You can withdraw your permission at any time in Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future reporting but cannot recall information already sent to Meta. Purchases that occurred while measurement was refused are not later replayed. We retain evidence of your choice separately from email-marketing consent.
