Main points for customers

  • Your order summary states what you are buying, the total price, delivery timing, included revisions and access period.
  • AI results can vary. The gift must still meet its description and applicable consumer standards.
  • Purchased consumer gifts are for personal, non-commercial use. A private link can be accessed by anyone who obtains it.
  • Personalization does not by itself remove cancellation rights. Statutory remedies remain available.

1 Who we are and how to contact us

The Services are operated and sold by Meluvi Technologies (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment incorporated in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, on 28 September 2026, with registration number 20342 and licence number 20342, licensed by Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park Free Zone (SRTI Park). “Meluvi”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

Our registered address is Block C-C01-176, Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park Free Zone (SRTI Park), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Our correspondence address is 9th Floor, Rolex Tower, Financial Center, DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road, PO Box 117397, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact support@meluvi.ai for orders, complaints, cancellations, legal notices or privacy concerns, or write to our correspondence address. Our website is https://meluvi.ai.

2 Scope and agreement

These Terms govern our consumer website, accounts, creation tools, purchased digital content, gift pages and related services (the “Services”). “You” means the customer or user accepting these Terms. A “recipient” is a person to whom a gift is sent. “Output” means lyrics, songs, artwork, video or other digital material produced through the Services.

We ask you to accept these Terms when creating an account or placing an order. Merely receiving a gift does not make the recipient responsible for the purchaser’s payment obligations or content warranties. A recipient who chooses to create an account or buy a product must separately accept the relevant terms.

Your accepted order summary and any expressly agreed product-specific terms form part of your purchase contract. Mandatory law takes priority; then any applicable country-specific terms, the accepted order details and these Terms. No purchase-specific wording may remove a mandatory consumer right. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing; accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing, cookies or AI training.

These are consumer terms. Commercial campaigns, business purchases for commercial exploitation, reseller arrangements and enterprise integrations require a separate written agreement. Visiting from a country does not mean every product is offered there; available markets are identified in the purchase flow.

3 Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity under the law applicable to you to create an account or place an order. Do not create an account for a child to operate independently. Adults may create appropriate gifts for or about children only with the necessary authority and permissions.

You must not use the Services where doing so would breach applicable law or sanctions. We may request proportionate information to confirm eligibility or prevent fraud. We will handle it under our Privacy Policy.

4 Accounts and security

Provide accurate contact and order information and keep your login credentials, verification codes and access links secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others or access an account without permission.

You are responsible for your own authorized actions and for taking reasonable precautions. You are not automatically responsible for every unauthorized action through your account, including where a failure of our security caused it. We may take proportionate protective measures and investigate suspected misuse.

5 Product descriptions and technical requirements

The product page and order summary describe the deliverables, supported language, approximate length or format where relevant, included revisions, download options, delivery period and any period of hosted access. Optional video, additional songs, commercial rights and additional revisions are included only if stated in the accepted order.

Internet access and a compatible device and browser are needed to use hosted gifts. Material file-format, compatibility, interoperability, access-control and other technical restrictions will be disclosed before purchase. Your internet provider may charge for data. We will not add an undisclosed technical restriction that materially reduces an existing purchase without an appropriate remedy.

Samples illustrate creative possibilities and are not a promise of an identical melody, singer, accent, arrangement or visual result. However, specific descriptions and promises forming part of your order remain binding.

6 Creation and approval

You may supply names, memories, text, creative choices and photographs, and review or edit available previews. A preview may show only draft lyrics, a title or cover. Unless expressly identified as a completed audio preview, it does not mean that the final song has already been generated. The purchase flow will state when paid generation starts.

Review names, spelling, factual details and instructions before confirming your order. We use the approved material to create the gift. Approval does not waive your rights if we fail to follow the agreed instructions or provide non-conforming content.

If information is missing or an instruction is unclear or unlawful, we may ask for clarification or pause the affected work. We will tell you about any resulting material delay. We will not charge for extra work without your agreement.

7 AI content and creative limitations

Meluvi uses AI to generate or assist with music, lyrics, titles, artwork and other creative material. AI may produce inaccuracies, unexpected phrasing, pronunciation variations or similarities to existing material. Please review the final gift before sharing it and report errors or harmful content.

We do not promise that an output is unique, qualifies for copyright protection, can be registered, or will be accepted by a social platform or music distributor. We do not represent that a real artist performed, endorsed or authorized an output unless expressly stated with permission.

Creative variation alone does not establish a defect, but this does not excuse material departure from the description, agreed instructions or applicable quality standards. Our responsibilities to supply the purchased product with appropriate care and any mandatory guarantees remain unchanged.

8 Your material and our limited permission to use it

“Your Content” means the text, photos, recordings, memories, names, instructions and other material you submit. You retain your existing rights in it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to copy, host, process, adapt, transmit and display it only as reasonably necessary to create, deliver and support your requested gift, secure the Services and comply with law.

This permission extends to our service providers only for those purposes and subject to appropriate contractual restrictions. It lasts while needed for those purposes, including justified retention described in our Privacy Policy. It is not a transfer of ownership or unrestricted permission to sell your photos or memories.

These Terms do not authorize public promotion, testimonials, public galleries or training general-purpose AI models on private gift content. Any optional use for those purposes requires a separate, clear permission where applicable, and appropriate rights. Data processing, including provider processing and international transfers, must follow our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9 Other people and uploaded photos

Only submit content you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use for the requested purpose. Consider the rights of the photographer as well as the people shown or described. An intention to make a surprise gift does not override privacy, image, copyright or other legal rights.

Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, such as health details, identity documents, financial information or precise private locations. Do not upload intimate imagery or content exposing a child to harm. Where a child’s image or information is involved, obtain appropriate parent or guardian authority and use only what is necessary.

Requested image features may involve cropping, layout changes or AI transformations, as described in the product flow. Do not submit someone’s face or voice to impersonate them or create a misleading endorsement without the necessary authorization. Any future voice-cloning or identity-based feature will require separate controls and relevant permissions; these Terms do not authorize it by default.

Your responsibilities do not replace Meluvi’s own obligations as a business processing personal data. A person featured in a gift can contact us about their rights even if they did not buy or receive it.

10 Personal rights to delivered gifts

For a paid and delivered consumer gift, we grant you, to the extent of the rights we can grant, a worldwide, non-exclusive permission to listen to, keep, download where supported, and share the delivered output for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may give the intended recipient the same personal-use permission. Personal social-media sharing is permitted where you have the necessary rights and comply with the platform’s rules.

This permission does not include paid advertising, resale, commercial distribution, monetized music releases, sublicensing for revenue or implying endorsement by Meluvi or a real artist. Contact us for commercial permissions. You remain entitled to any independent rights you already hold in your own original material.

Permission to use a lawfully downloaded output does not expire merely because its hosted gift page expires. Hosted access is a separate service governed by the access period disclosed for the order. A refund that lawfully ends the output contract ends the corresponding permission to use the refunded output; your pre-existing rights in Your Content are unaffected. Third-party rights and mandatory law always apply.

11 Prohibited use

Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory or seriously abusive conduct; sexual content involving children; non-consensual intimate material; unlawful disclosure of private information; deceptive impersonation; or infringement of copyright, trademark, image, voice or other rights.

Do not introduce malware, interfere with security, bypass payment or generation limits, use stolen payment methods, or scrape or exploit the platform in ways that violate law or these Terms. Restrictions on reverse engineering do not override rights the law expressly protects. Do not misrepresent synthetic content as authentic evidence or as a real person’s authorized performance.

We may refuse or restrict content proportionately under section 25. A refusal does not automatically entitle us to retain payment for an undelivered order; section 16 and mandatory law govern any refund.

12 Prices and placing an order

Before you commit to pay, we will show the seller, selected product, total price, currency, applicable taxes and unavoidable charges, payment method and material purchase conditions. Optional extras require your affirmative selection. Any exchange-rate or foreign-transaction charge imposed by your bank is separate from our displayed charge.

You can review and correct order details before placing the order. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send an order confirmation expressly accepting it; a payment-provider receipt alone is not acceptance. We will send confirmation in a form you can retain, including the applicable terms and any recorded immediate-supply request.

We may reject an order before acceptance for a lawful reason, such as unavailable service, suspected fraud or a clear pricing error, and refund any captured payment. After acceptance we will not unilaterally increase the price. If a material error requires a new offer, you can decline it and receive a refund. Consumer purchases are one-time purchases unless a separately described and expressly accepted subscription offer applies; these Terms alone do not authorize recurring charges.

13 Payment and billing

You authorize payment of the amount shown for the selected order using a payment method you are entitled to use. Payment providers may perform their own authentication and fraud checks. We may wait for reliable payment confirmation before starting paid generation.

If a payment fails or is disputed, we may pause the affected order while investigating and will notify you where reasonably possible. A good-faith billing complaint or exercise of chargeback rights is not itself abusive conduct. We will not collect the same sum twice or withhold a legally required refund because a provider is responsible for processing it. Contact us promptly about duplicate or unauthorized charges.

14 Delivery and hosted access

Delivery may be through your account, a gift link, supported download or the other method described in the order. The order summary states the delivery time or period and any deadline we have expressly accepted. An estimated generation time is an estimate, but we remain responsible for meeting binding delivery commitments and applicable legal requirements.

If delivery is materially delayed, we will explain the available options. Where the law requires you to give us an additional reasonable delivery period, you may do so; where it permits immediate termination, including for an essential agreed deadline, that right remains available. If we cannot supply the purchased product, you are entitled to a refund for the unsupplied part, and for the whole order where the remaining part has no reasonable value or the law so requires.

Hosted gift access lasts for the period disclosed before purchase. We will not describe access as permanent or lifetime unless that is an express contractual commitment. Download supported files and keep your own backup; doing so does not waive our promised hosting obligations. If we must end paid hosting early, we will give reasonable advance notice where possible, provide an opportunity to export available content and give an appropriate remedy for the lost paid service.

Gift availability and hosting

Gift availability. Your completed Meluvi gift, including its hosted song, video and gift page where applicable, will be available on Meluvi for 12 months from completion. The applicable end date is shown in your gift experience. After that period, Meluvi may end hosted access to the gift. This availability period does not promise that content will be automatically deleted on that date; personal-data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15 Revisions and corrections

Any included revision allowance, its scope, request window and process will be stated before purchase and confirmed with your order. An advertised included revision is part of the contract. Additional creative changes outside that allowance require a separately agreed price before work begins.

A preference change may differ from correcting a defect. Correction of content that fails to meet the agreed description or mandatory standards is governed by your legal rights, not exhausted by a voluntary revision allowance or its deadline. We will not charge an extra revision fee simply to provide a remedy we legally owe.

16 Cancellations refunds and remedies

You may ask to cancel by contacting support@meluvi.ai with enough information to identify the order. We will stop unperformed work where reasonably possible while assessing the request. Whether payment is refundable depends on your statutory rights, the order and any expressly offered voluntary cancellation policy. Personalization or our AI costs alone do not remove a legal cancellation right.

If content is defective, inaccessible through our fault, materially different from the agreed description or not supplied, contact us. Depending on applicable law, remedies may include bringing it into conformity, repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination and a refund. Any required correction will be provided without charge, within the legally required period and without significant inconvenience. You need not accept repeated failed attempts where the law allows a different remedy.

We will not substitute store credit for a monetary refund you are entitled to unless you freely choose credit. A voluntary artistic-satisfaction offer applies only if expressly advertised or agreed; it supplements statutory rights. A short voluntary claim window does not limit the time the law allows for a defect claim.

Refunds will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and will not incur a refund fee. We will make refunds within the applicable legal deadline. For a valid EEA or UK withdrawal, reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice, subject only to deductions lawfully applicable to services as explained below. Bank posting times may be additional, but do not excuse our processing obligations.

17 EEA and UK withdrawal rights

Where EEA or UK distance-contract rules apply, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of a digital-content or service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions. A longer period may apply if required withdrawal information was not provided. Send a clear statement to support@meluvi.ai or our correspondence address; the optional form in Appendix A may be used. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. You may also use any legally required online withdrawal function provided on the purchase interface.

Digital content supplied without a physical medium: where the law permits loss of the withdrawal right upon starting supply, we must obtain your prior express consent to begin during the withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that you will lose that right when supply begins, and provide the legally required contract confirmation. Accepting these Terms alone is not that separate consent. We will not rely on the exception if its requirements have not been met.

Services: if you expressly request that a service start during the withdrawal period and later withdraw before completion, you may owe a proportionate amount for work properly supplied only where the required information and request were obtained and the law permits that charge. The right is lost on full performance only if the applicable consent and acknowledgement conditions are satisfied. Merely starting work does not automatically end the right.

The classification of a product or component depends on what is actually supplied; a personalized digital product is not automatically treated as a physical made-to-order good. Where an order contains different components, the applicable rules and any permitted proportionate charge apply to the relevant components without double charging. No loss of withdrawal rights removes remedies for non-conforming content or services.

18 Passes credits and promotions

If offered, a Moments Pass or other prepaid package is governed by the terms disclosed before purchase: number and type of gifts, included features, eligible markets, redemption method, transferability, validity period and treatment of unused value. A package does not create a subscription unless you separately accept one.

Paid credits are distinct from free promotional credits. We will not add an undisclosed expiry, reduce purchased entitlements retrospectively or treat a voluntary promotion rule as authority to confiscate paid value. Any expiry, cash-redemption restriction or transfer limit is subject to mandatory local law.

If we discontinue the relevant service before you can reasonably use paid entitlements, we will offer a suitable alternative you may accept or refund the unused paid value. Unless a fair allocation was disclosed and agreed at purchase, the unused amount is calculated proportionately from the package price and unredeemed entitlements, without retrospectively repricing redeemed gifts to eliminate the refund. Statutory rights on cancellation of the package remain unaffected.

Promotion terms must state any relevant eligibility, deadline and restrictions. We may correct fraud or abuse proportionately, but will not withdraw a valid accepted discount retrospectively merely because we change a promotion.

19 Gift links recipients and sharing

A gift link can act as an access key: anyone who obtains it may be able to see the gift and included personal information. Private sharing is not a guarantee that only the intended recipient can access it. Check the link, audience and content before sending. Avoid public posting of a private gift unless you have appropriate permissions.

You are responsible for choosing the recipient and entering correct delivery details. We remain responsible for delivery failures attributable to us. Where supported, you can disable or replace a link; contact support if you cannot. Disabling a link cannot recall copies already downloaded, screenshots or content reposted elsewhere.

Sharing through WhatsApp, email or social networks transfers content or links to a separate provider, whose terms and privacy practices apply. A provider’s encryption or compliance does not guarantee confidentiality of a publicly accessible gift link. Recipients can raise concerns under section 20 without agreeing to purchase anything.

20 Content complaints and takedowns

Report suspected infringement, impersonation, unsafe content or a privacy concern to support@meluvi.ai. Identify the gift or link, the concern and how you are affected. Provide only the information reasonably needed to assess it. Do not send additional sensitive documents unless securely requested.

We may restrict access while investigating, seek clarification, correct or remove content, disable sharing or decline a request with reasons where appropriate. We will take proportionate action and provide notice and an opportunity to seek review where reasonably possible, unless doing so would compromise safety, another person’s privacy, an investigation or a legal requirement.

We may preserve necessary evidence and respond to lawful authority requests. A takedown does not automatically decide ownership or justify retaining the purchaser’s money; any payment remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Deliberately false or abusive complaints are prohibited.

21 Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information processed for creators and recipients, purposes and legal grounds, providers, international transfers, retention, security and individual rights. The Cookie Notice explains relevant tracking choices. Read these notices before submitting another person’s information.

We may send necessary order, security and service communications. Optional marketing requires the choices or permission applicable law requires and can be stopped through the relevant unsubscribe route. We do not make consent to unrelated advertising a condition of receiving a paid gift. These Terms do not restrict rights to access, correction, deletion, objection or complaints to a data-protection authority.

22 Our platform and intellectual property

Meluvi and its licensors retain rights in the platform, code, interfaces, templates and branding. Your purchase does not transfer those assets or grant a right to use our logo as your own brand. You may accurately identify Meluvi as the source of a genuine gift and use permitted sharing features.

No statement here asserts that the Meluvi name or logo is a registered trademark in every country. Platform rights are distinct from rights in Your Content and delivered outputs described above. Do not remove notices where doing so infringes rights or misleads others.

23 Providers availability and updates

We use providers for hosting, AI generation, media processing, payments and related functions. We remain responsible for our contractual obligations to you; a provider outage does not automatically excuse non-delivery or a refund owed by us.

We may maintain or update the Services and make necessary security changes. We will supply updates required by law or the contract and explain necessary customer installation steps. If a paid digital service changes beyond what is necessary to maintain conformity, we will follow any applicable requirements for a valid reason, clear notice, no additional cost and a right to terminate or retain the unchanged service where required.

Events outside reasonable control may delay performance. We will take reasonable steps to limit their effects, inform affected customers and provide cancellation or refund rights required by law. Such events do not automatically permit indefinite postponement of a paid order.

24 Feedback and public content

If you voluntarily send product suggestions, you permit us to use those suggestions without payment, unless we agree otherwise. This permission does not cover private gift content, personal data, confidential material or rights you cannot grant.

Submitting a gift does not enroll it in a public gallery, advertising campaign or testimonial. Any such optional publication must have a clear, separate permission and appropriate permissions from affected people. We will respect the scope of that permission and explain how withdrawal affects future use.

25 Suspension account closure and termination

We may restrict an account, generation or gift link where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, credible fraud, an immediate safety or security risk, unlawful content or a legal obligation. Measures will be proportionate to the issue. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason, allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it and provide a way to request review through support.

You may stop using the Services or request account closure. We will explain effects on outstanding orders, hosted gifts, downloads and paid credits before voluntary closure where practicable. Closing an account does not automatically cancel a paid contract or erase records that we must lawfully keep; any lawful deletion request will be assessed separately.

If we terminate without a customer breach, we will refund unsupplied paid services or unused paid value. Where a breach is involved, we will apply applicable law and account fairly for any lawful amount retained; there is no automatic forfeiture of all payments. Termination does not remove accrued remedies or lawful personal-use rights to unaffected downloaded gifts.

26 Our responsibility for loss

We are responsible for loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise legally required care, to the extent provided by applicable law. Subject to that law, we do not cover loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. We do not exclude foreseeable loss merely by labeling it indirect or consequential.

These consumer Services are supplied for personal use. To the extent lawful, we do not accept liability for business losses arising from commercial use outside the agreed consumer licence. We are not responsible for harm caused solely by your unlawful conduct, but your conduct does not excuse a failure attributable to us.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing removes non-excludable data-protection rights, compensation rights, digital-content guarantees or consumer remedies. These consumer Terms do not impose a general monetary cap or require you to indemnify us for all third-party claims.

27 Your responsibility for misuse

You remain responsible under applicable law for your own unlawful conduct and material breach, including knowingly submitting infringing material or deliberately exposing another person’s private information. Any claim by us must be supported by the relevant law, causation and evidence and remains subject to your rights and defenses. You are not required to pay our losses simply because someone makes an allegation.

28 Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact support@meluvi.ai with the order reference, issue and remedy requested. We will investigate fairly and respond within a reasonable time and any mandatory local deadline. You may ask us to review a response you consider incomplete.

Contacting support is not a condition that prevents you from exercising a time-sensitive legal right, contacting a regulator, seeking eligible mediation or bringing a claim. Where a market requires access to an identified consumer mediator or dispute-resolution scheme, the relevant local terms and legal notice will provide its details. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive collective rights that applicable law protects.

29 Governing law and competent courts

Subject to mandatory protections, these Terms and the contract are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Sharjah may hear disputes where legally permitted.

This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections of the law that would otherwise apply, including applicable protections in their country of habitual residence. Where mandatory rules permit you to sue in your home courts or require us to bring proceedings there, those rules prevail. There is no exclusive foreign-forum requirement that overrides those rights.

30 International consumer rights

UAE and other GCC markets: applicable consumer, e-commerce, disclosure, language and remedy requirements remain binding. We do not describe a free-zone licence as an exemption from consumer law or authorization for every activity in every country.

EEA: applicable national laws implementing EU consumer protections govern information, unfair terms, withdrawal and digital-content or digital-service conformity, including required updates and remedies. Rights cannot be reduced by calling the product personalized or AI generated.

United Kingdom: applicable rights relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, description, reasonable care and skill, fairness and cancellation are preserved. Relevant remedies may include repair or replacement, price reduction, repeat performance or refund, according to the type of supply and the law.

Other markets: mandatory local guarantees and remedies apply where relevant. Nothing here displaces non-excludable guarantees in countries such as Australia or New Zealand or applicable state and provincial consumer protections. A country-specific supplement will be provided where needed before that market is offered the relevant product. Availability in a language or currency alone is not a statement of regulatory approval.

31 Languages and accessible information

We will provide contract and product information in any language required by applicable law, including Arabic for UAE consumer publication. Translations must preserve mandatory rights. We do not impose English precedence where that would conflict with local law or mislead a customer who purchased in another offered language.

Contact us if you need help accessing order or legal information. Accessibility duties and any promised accessible features remain applicable.

32 Changes to these Terms

Each published version will state its effective date. The version accepted with an order governs that order, except for a change required by law or separately agreed in a legally valid way. We will not retrospectively remove paid rights, refund remedies or purchased credit value.

For an ongoing service, we will give clear advance notice of a material change and any right to reject it or terminate with an appropriate refund where applicable. Posting revised terms alone does not establish valid acceptance of every material change to an existing contract.

33 General provisions

If a provision is unlawful or unfair, it will not bind you to that extent; the remainder continues only where legally appropriate. Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a permanent waiver. No term excludes a remedy for misleading statements or a binding pre-contract promise.

We may transfer the business or a contract only consistently with applicable law and without reducing your rights; we will give notice where required. You may give the recipient the personal-use permission expressly allowed above. Any other transfer of contractual obligations requires appropriate agreement, subject to mandatory rights.

Electronic records may evidence an order and consent, but they are not conclusive proof against you. We will provide contract confirmation in a form you can retain. Provisions intended to survive completion, such as lawful licences and accrued remedies, survive only to the extent consistent with the contract and applicable law.
